Want to sell a property.

Listing this property with one agent, does it restrict me from listing it with other agents?

Have seen no activity, outside of them posting it on their site, which is minimum coverage

(local only).

Most trusted R.E. agency, with the widest coverage to sell my property is......?

Property is located about 30 minutes out of Rayong.

If its in rural area i doubt many agents would be jumping up ans down about it or trying to have some kind of exclusive salea mandate unless there was somethinf unique or special about the property.

 

In situations where the property is unlikely to have buyers beating down the door it works best for bother seller and agent to have multiple agents listing it. Key is to get as many people to know about the property as possible including local brokers in the immediate vicinity.

I actually don't know how real estate agents make a living here, their forte seems to be masterly inactivity.
