The defense gets unlimited continuances for any and everything, but if the prosecution needs a continuance it must be because of an act of god occurred. I had a case dismissed because I was in Trial in another courtroom and the defense would not waive time as they knew I was tied up, and would not assist in granting the continuance. Because of that the judge dismissed the case and the DA decided not to refile it....sad state of affairs when that happens. 2 1

Bkk Brian Posted November 22, 2022 Posted November 22, 2022 Looks like Trump's appointed Special Master may be ditched..................lol US court appears inclined to end special master review of Trump papers The US court of appeals for the 11th circuit appeared inclined on Tuesday to agree with the justice department to potentially curtail the special master review of documents the FBI seized from Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago residence for potential privilege protections. The result of the hearing is consequential for Trump: should he lose, it could mark the end of the special master process on which he has relied to delay, and gain more insight into, the investigation surrounding his potential mishandling of national security information. https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2022/nov/22/trump-special-master-review-doj-mar-a-lago-documents 1

I cannot see how anyone can say it is NOT politically motivated when seeing absolutely no prosecution on Hunter, the US border fiasco and for the BLM riots. Name one current Democrat scandal being prosecuted ? I'm not pro Trump, but sheesh, the one sidedness here so obvious This post did not age well. 1 1
