Four unanswered questions about the Biden classified documents

Pressure is mounting on President Joe Biden to give further details about the classified documents found at his Delaware home and a Washington office he once used.

An independent lawyer, or special counsel, has been appointed by the justice department to investigate whether these papers were mishandled.

There are still more questions than answers about the files. Here's a look at some of the things we still don't know.

Is he saying he doesn't remember, or that he never knew?

Does anyone believe that he never knew?

IMO that is the most important news to come out- that confidential governments documents can just get lost. What the <deleted> has Archives been doing?

 

"It was not until reporting this month by CBS News that the discovered documents were made public or acknowledged by the White House, spurring accusations that it had been deliberately kept quiet ahead of the midterms."

Surely it's in the public's interest to know which, if any,  media knew before the midterms, and chose to suppress the information? Also, from where the information came and was it an official notice or leaked?

We need to know if it was an official coverup, or if the media colluded to suppress the news till after the midterms.

James Comey showed how to swing an election by prematurely running his mouth immediately before and election when it turned out there was no there there. It's was a convention not to do that. The investigation had just begun.

Is it an unusual delay for predicating, launching and announcing an investigation? No, if we compare with Trumps case.

 

For trump, the NARA notified the DOJ on 9 February 2022, and the investigation was disclosed on 7 April by Reuters. 2 months.

For Biden the NARA notified the DOJ on 2 November and it came out early January. 2 months

 

Same same. 2 months after being notified by the NARA.

 

Actually not really same same as the NARA waited nearly one year before contacting the DOJ about Trump's document, and informed the DOJ a few days only after it got the information in the Biden case.

There was no cover up.  If you remember, the situation with Trump and the classified documents was not covered in the press until there was a search warrant and subsequent raid.  Even though there had been subpoenas issued.

More  papers found , than was originally reported. Why are lawyers looking without security clearance ! What a dumpster fire this is! Where the hell is the new Spec Counsel. Where’s Wrays agents !

“Sauber said in a statement Saturday that Biden’s personal lawyers, who did not have security clearances, stopped their search after finding the first page on Wednesday evening. Sauber found the remaining material Thursday, as he was facilitating their retrieval by the Department of Justice”.

Even PBS is suspicious of the reporting . as mentioned in the article.The WH is facing scrutiny for waiting over 2 months for acknowledgment of the first batch.

Reported where, when? What was reported? That he illegally took them? That they were considered as Presidential records and that Trump should not have taken them?

More explanations show a faultless behaviour.

Again, what a contrast between Biden's behaviour and Trump lying about the documents, insulting the special counsel, etc... Biden and his lawyers let the DOJ do its job without any interference.
