How about stopping your fabulous fireworks just after midnight tomorrow?

I get it. It's your New year. Have at it. Get <deleted>. do what you want.

Just don't keep my kids up with your pathetic bangers.

thanks

Not a school day, stop whining!

They are going to need more fireworks and firecrackers because evil spirit is still around.

You're not a Thai, then?   Are you here voluntarily or did someone force you and your kids to come here?

Do the authorities in your own country stop their traditional celebrations if temporary foreign visitors complain because they find them to be too much of an inconvenience?

Didn't think so.

Spot On....I hope it goes off with a BIG BIG bang....Really SELFISH..

Just to clarify. I love a good celebration. Love a good party. I've lived in Thailand for over thirty years. First visited in 1979.

Raised six kids here

You want a party.

Go for it..

In my experience, in years gone by, people in Thailand stopped letting off thunderous bangers at a reasonable time of night. That appears to have changed for the worse.

If you want some idiot to let off a huge fusillade of ear-splitting explosions at 4 am. Let me know your general location and I'm sure it could be arranged to entertain you.

You cheeky fun lovers.

Oh no, not another one of those.  Where are these creatures coming from?

  • 2 weeks later...

Now got Thai's prosecuting Chinese for letting off fireworks over the Lunar New Year in our moo baan. Not helped by the situation getting stirred up on social media by a few.

Great community spirit, wonder what will happen at Songkran. ????
