Blocked from logging in from another country?

Any idea what this is all about? Only after I come back to Thailand I can log in again!? When trying abroad using another ISP it says I've been banned since 2011 for mentioning a Thai newspaper which I know nothing about?

Not aware of any previous user names. I was trying to access using a VSAT internet connection. VSAT uses Kacific Satellite network I was told.

Some IP ranges are blocked from accessing the forum. If you have the ip you used we can check this for you.

Also certain countries on the subcontinent and Africa has been blocked in the firewall. Example: Nigeria, for all the reasons you can think of. Bad and dangerous netizens in general.
