Garden office build

Hi, has anyone built an office in their garden? I wanted to get an idea of the costs (nothing too big, maybe 2 or 3m long with glass panels).

No drawings, there were none, the AC is rather better than needed but SWMBO got an inheritance so splurged. Size is 3 X 4

It looks like everyone, including the dogs, are enjoying the cool floor. 

 

And that's with the AC off and just the fan running...

The outside temperature is only 31° C, there is never direct sunshine, and the participants are Thai. The temperature in the house is 24° C in the main room and 30° C in the clear story so no AC required here either.
