How save is buying something on Facebook I do it all the time and never had any problems I am not talking about private but companies advertising on Facebook. There are some Items advertised which I am looking for, but the price seems to be too low, so my question is do I go ahead and order that Item or just dismiss it?

Disms them, as 'too good t be true' applies.  I ordered one, ridiculously cheap, and took a while to get a refund.  I guess most don't, or don't bother.

Those 'sponsored' ads seem to be outright scams.  $1-2-3000 USD items for 1/10th, or more of the real price.

Google the image of the product and see the real price.

My experiences match those of @KhunLA.

Everything I bought from 'sponsored' ads of Facebook in Thailand was a scam.

So I now just ignore them.

This is what can go wrong.

If you are unlucky with FB and your account is hacked, you completely lose control of it and FB will NOT delete it.

So the hacker takes complete control of YOUR personal account and does what THEY want with it

Personal experience since October 2022.

If the price is far too low, move on past it ass it will probably be a scam.
