Hello I've been here a while, I've used 2 visa runs back to back, extended each time & used a covid extension however all of my previous entries were last year 2022

 

I need to do one more visa run so will I be okay if the limit resets per calender year because technically it will be my first entry of the year but it will also be back to back with all my previous entries?

 

Should I do it by air or land? Thank you.

I would suggest border bounce.

Visa exempt still currently 45 days.

You mention 2 per calendar year, which is for visa exempt entries. 

 Visa run is to obtain a tourist visa for example.

Yes, all of them will be visa exempt entries.

Yes.

Given your located in Bangkok one option would be to fly to Nong Kai or Vientiane and reenter via friendship bridge.

 

In a perfect world and rules were clear regarding entering visa exempt via air and not problematic with extensive recent history in Thailand a return flight to Saigon spending time there would be best option imo.

Just use a visa run company and do a border bounce to Cambodia.
