It’s a stupid idea from the start. People have already forked out handsomely to come to your country, paid taxes on flights, airports etc, and then you want them to put their hand in their pocket before they’ve even done anything. Sooo 1990s. Scrap it and move on already!
That reminds me of the homeless Thai guy I rescued from drowning about two years ago; also in a safe area, opposite Pattaya Klang. Everyone else just ignored him while he was floating head down in the water...
They already making the infrastructure from Korat and around, so I wouldn’t be surprised the new Capital ending up between Chaiyaphum. These areas Known for tectonic stability which will be important as well a bit high land protected from flooding.
Non-Muslim or non-fanatic Iranians can be very nice people. When I lived in Birmingham, Alabama, my apartment was about a city block away from a small grocery store owned by an Iranian family. They were Catholic, which was one reason they came to the USA. Some of the best people you could ever hope to meet. They seemed heartbroken at the direction Iran had taken.
