Biden denies $1M in payments to family from Hunter associate, despite bank records: 'Not true'

President Biden denied that his family received more than $1 million in payments from accounts related to Hunter Biden’s business associate Rob Walker and their Chinese business ventures in 2017, even though financial records indicate otherwise.

On Thursday, GOP lawmakers on the House Oversight Committee revealed that they had obtained bank documents showing that Hunter Biden, the president's brother Jim, and Hallie Biden, the widow of his son Beau, received payments from Hunter's business associate Rob Walker and their joint venture with Chinese energy firm CEFC. A spokesperson for Hunter Biden's legal team confirmed the payments Thursday but emphasized that the recipients' accounts "belonged to Hunter, his uncle and Hallie – nobody else."

By far, not even close. Biden does everything they accuse Trump of doing. There is no more corrupt deep state operative than Biden. Biden's corruption is far more egregious and dangerous to America than any of Trumps achievments as a real estate mogul where he eraned millions. Biden got wealthy while engaged in pay for play schemes as VP. he sold out his country, he's a traitor.

That’s not how accusations work.

 

Comer needs to provide evidence of a crime or criminal intent relating to the transfer.

 

It’s not for the Biden’s or anyone on the left to provide evidence that the transfer was innocent.

 

Nobody needs to demonstrate their innocence, if Comer or anyone else wish to allege a crime, they need to bring the evidence.

So much nonsense here. The first link is not about criminal corruption at all, but rather about the inherently corrupt American political system where political donations of all sorts have skyrocketed since the right-wing supreme court ruled that cash donations are protected by the 1st amendment. You know, money talks.The author of that Guardian articles predicted that Biden would go easy on the wealthy because of those contributions.But, in fact, as it turned out, Biden introduced bills that had they passed as he intended, would have taken a substantial tax bite out of wealthy. As it is, it took enough of a bite to pay for the new programs he introduced.

 

As for that dishonest New York Post piece... First off, the sentence cited from Hunter Bidens email about the "big guy" was not "10% for the big guy." but "10% for the big guy?" And even if it was Joe Biden who was being referred to, there was a subsequent email from Hunter Biden which said the chairman gave an "emphatic no" when asked if he wanted to be involved in the China business.

The bigger issue is dishonest media and tech censors have falsely claimed for 2 years that the laptop is "Russian disinformation" and therefore off limits, leading the left to believe a false narrative for years about how Joe is clean as driven snow, yet now there is a real investigation by Comer people are shocked and caught on the back foot having been able to just say "oh that's been debunked" when it of course had not.

Are private Chinese companies America's adversaries? And what's this nonsense about the Biden family? The Biden family didn't receive payments. Biden's son, his brother, and daughter-in-law received payments. There is no evidence that Biden received any payments. You repeatedly  fail to acknowledge that in the laptop emails Hunter Biden reported that his father gave gave an "emphatic no" when asked to participate in dealings with the Chinese. You are being very dishonest.
