True balance : Which one is correct? What is the most good value mobile data?

True website says that I have zero balance

 

However, true sms says that I have 230 B balance

Which one is correct?

What is the most good-value monthly ( 30 days ) data mobile package for hand phone?

That 0.00 balance is your True Money balance. *123# for up to date SIM balance.
