Federal prosecutors have considered charging Hunter Biden with three tax crimes and a charge related to a gun purchase, said two sources familiar with the matter.

 

The possible charges are two misdemeanor counts for failure to file taxes, a single felony count of tax evasion related to a business expense for one year of taxes, and the gun charge, also a potential felony.

 

Two senior law enforcement sources told NBC News about "growing frustration" inside the FBI because investigators finished the bulk of their work on the case about a year ago.

The Post in its report noted that the potential gun-related charge stems from Hunter’s October 2018 purchase of a handgun, which required him to fill out a federal form that asked whether he was a user of or addicted to narcotics. Well if you want to cast aspersions how about old Donnie stealing and his obstruction in the documents case who knows how many copy’s he made and what happened to them?or who could possibly forget his helinsky fiasco when he threw us under the bus and it wasent that trump had the tryst with the sex worker it was the (catch and kill) just before the election with campaign funds that got him in trouble
