The advice columnist E Jean Carroll told a New York jury on Wednesday that Donald Trump raped her, leaving her unable to have a romantic relationship, and then “shattered my reputation” by denying the attack occurred.

 

Carroll testified in her civil lawsuit seeking damages for battery – after Trump allegedly sexually assaulted her in a New York department store changing room in 1996 – and for defamation, after he accused her of lying and perpetrating a hoax when she went public with her accusations in a book.

 

“I’m here because Donald Trump raped me, and when I wrote about it, he said it didn’t happen.

Nothing unusual either in the time, just a couple of days ago a Michigan man is facing felony charges after DNA from a coffee cup linked him to a rape in different states from more than 20 years ago.

Nope when trump was in the white house the courts wouldent hear it now that he’s been fired they will miss Carroll came forward after so many others did obviously a new Yorker would think twice before calling trump out he loves to destroy people it’s what he loves to do

She accused him long before he launched his "run".

 

Prior to his Presidency he used his lawyers, his perceived status and his wealth to prevent it going to court.

 

While he was in the White House last time the courts would not touch it.

 

If he is proven to be a rapist then that should have some bearing on 2024.

 

Or do you dismiss it as "Aw shucks, just Donald being Donald"?

Trump will be given the opportunity to take the stand and present his version of events.

 

The jury will decide.

27 years later?   Why not Two, or Three, or even Four years after the alleged rape?

Her book was a flop, she's not of the notoriety that she once was.

Was she actually raped?  Maybe yes and maybe no.

This certainly going to be based on how sympathetic the seated jurors are going to interpret the case.  After all, Ms Carroll really has little to lose.  She will be able to write another book, no matter the outcome and garner the sobbing hearts of many a "woke" pathetic souls.

Ms Stormy?  What a riot.   Previous Madame of night that has previously profited from her allegations would like to jump on the band wagon with Ms Carroll.  If indeed Trump and Ms Stormy entered into a business agreement for a short tryst and she was compensated as agreed, then later is paid an enormous sump to keep quite, would she not be liable contractually?

These are two aging ladies that are attempting to gain financial status in the woeful aging years.

The previous rape allegations of a former USA president known for his sexual escapades in the White House office and lying to the USA public lead to a senate investigation.   But the rape allegations went nowhere.

Interestingly when shown a picture of him with the rape accuser "he never had seen before" he claimed the woman in the picture was his wife, Marla Maples.  Not his type?
