All the Blood pressure medications
You take the testosterone juice and risk dying from a heart attack. Not smart. What are you doing that for? -

Is Thailand Value for money
Your opinion is again noted, and again, wrong. You chose places in the US that didn't make healthy dishes. I lived there 62 years, and NEVER had any issues with my stomach . Read this article, and don't SKIM................https://www.healthline.com/nutrition/is-pizza-healthy#a-healthy-choice -

It's a crap style. Junk food in my opinion. Canned tomatoes, sugar in everything. It's crap. I had serious indigestion after my USA trips. You are obviously used to eating that rubbish. -

Is Melatonin Unavailable in Thailand Now?
L'theanine is another possibility. melatonin never worked that well for me but L-theanine did @ 200mg. L-theanine is an amino acid commonly found in tea leaves, particularly green tea, and certain types of mushrooms. It is known for promoting relaxation without causing drowsiness. L-theanine is often used to reduce stress and anxiety, enhance focus, and improve sleep quality. When taken, it increases levels of serotonin, dopamine, and GABA, neurotransmitters involved in mood regulation and relaxation. It is also used to counteract the stimulating effects of caffeine, creating a balanced, calming effect while maintaining alertness. People often take L-theanine in supplement form. -

It's about illegals in North Carolina. You're just trying to poke your nose into something you know nothing about. -

I never write nonsense, You obviously know nothing about nutrition, and may never have ever read much on it. I have daily for 50 plus years, and staying healthy and strong all my life has proven it. I have given diet advice to thousands while training and working out, and they all benefited from it. That comes from a person that does his homework, and not one who assumes , thinking they know nutrition from reading a few articles from others opinions. You have to put in the time to know any particular subject. Not skim. -

You eat food from 7-11. No one should take you seriously when it comes to the discussion of healthy food. -

SSO Medical Plan v’s the Public Health System
With SSO, you choose one hospital as your hospital. You get a list to pick one. Many are full, so the choice may be limited. But there are many good private hospitals on these lists, like Camillian, Vejthani, Yanhee. You won't get the same service as a private patient, but it's much preferable to many government hospitals. The problem is really availability. (Dental coverage is as described above.) If you can get in, SSO is by far the best investment you can make in Thailand. You can keep it lifelong, even after employment (may need to convince SSO staff that even a foreigner can stay, there are threads about this) 30 baht is for rice farmers, the lowest rung in Thai society. SSO is for city Thais. Civil service is for civil servants. Private healthcare is for people with money. You will be treated accordingly. -

That's interesting. We have tried both an 'open house policy', windows and doors open, open to the veranda all day. but for the past 4 years, we have operated a 'closed house policy'. windows and doors firmly closed and house in aircon. We much prefer the closed house as no bugs, no flying things, no walking things and a cool place to live in. Personal choice I guess, but I prefer the separation from the outside, hot environment , until I choose to engage it. Dogs prefer it too.
