Same city your name suggests, I doubt the echo has ever reported such a minor traffic incident. It barely has space to report major incidents. 1 1 1 1

You are reading local news (Phuket News) on a parochial (Western, predominately white, anglophone) outlet....AN. The item is firmly targeted at it's core readership......item being dispute between Thai and "falang".......in Phuket. No doubt Thai on Thai mayhem is, at this very moment, rife........but Whitey vs Thai, inevitably makes the headline. That is how this specific outlet maintains it's core of devotees......that is how the Media Machine (MSN & "Indie") works, it all "plays" you........Media Studies 1.1 OK?

And which of them is =< to stick a finger up and banging on a window? None. Did you read where I wrote minor? All your references refer to incidents where the vehicles used as a weapon or serious harm. Buckle up son the echo has never wrote an article where the worst thing to happen was someone banged on a window 1

Buckle up son the echo has never wrote an article where the worst thing to happen was someone banged on a window It's all road rage and it gets reported all over the place. By the way, this one wasn't just "banging on a window", it was telling him to fck off with the finger, crashing into and damaging the car with the bike and then doing a runner.
