When we try to make a call, we get a recording saying we need to top up the phone in order to make a call. I checked the balance and it said " Your balance is 320 baht and expire date is June 17. You can only receive incoming calls.". Anyone know what the heck that is all about?
May 25, 20232 yr Yes, the time has expired for making outgoing calls. You should be able to top up with as little as 20 baht which will give you another 30 days. Your balance will then be 340. Its based on time periods as well as credit.

Never mind what anyone here guesses at, what AIS (1175) says when you ask them is what matters and is the only way to know for sure.
