Phuket – An illegal night club in Phuket Town was raided for allegedly opening over the legal closing time and allowing minors to enter the venue.

The Mueang Phuket District Chief Mr. Pairoj Srilamoon told the Phuket Express that at 1:30 A.M. on Tuesday (June 6th) a team of officials from the Mueang Phuket District Office raided a night club on the Chana Jaroen Road near the Nimit Circle (Seahorse Circle) in Talad Yai sub-district.

 

The owner, identified only as Mr. Tanya, was arrested and taken to the Phuket City Police Station.

LOL, these illegal clubs are like cockroaches, you can't eliminate them, only control them. One goes down another will pop right up, unless you know the right people and plenty of brown envelopes....

 

 

Sounds like every other night club I've been to over the past 30 years, from Phuket to Chiang Mai and everywhere in between.
