I think this event sparks the end of the USA. There is now one president overseeing the potential imprisonment of his biggest rival for the next election.

The president is "overseeing" the persecution of trump?

-Are you familiar with the three branches of the US goverment?

"Legislative, executive, and judicial,"

-Do you know which branch the president belongs to?

-Are familiar with the separation of power under the constitution?

-Do you claim that the president is acting unconstitutional?

-If so ,why are you not upset at the republicans who control the House, for not bringing up articles of impeachment and/or  bringing  the case  to the Conservative at this time Supreme Court?

-Do you know the role of a grand jury ?

to determine whether or not there is probable cause to believe that one or more persons committed a certain Federal offense within the venue of the district court."

-Are you familiar how a Grand jury is formulated ?

" Grand jurors are selected from the same pool of ordinary citizens who serve as trial jurors."

-You do know that a Grand Jury recommended the indictment?

You do know that there is always a president in the US, don't you?

Under your theory , ex presidents are above the law and can never be prosecuted for any crime they commit, because there is sitting president that might be a potential rival.

I await with bated breath for your answers.

  • I'm tired of these double-standards!   If Trump were just a normal citizen, he would have been already convicted and put into jail.

Most of us could not handle this sort of humiliation but Trump can.

  • Treating him differently from a normal person says something about the law. He should be treated equally with others charged with espionage. It is a serious crime.

Personally - love him or hate him -  I think this event sparks the end of the USA. There is now one president overseeing the potential imprisonment of his biggest rival for the next election. This is Bannana Republic stuff. Imagine what the USA would say about another country doing it

Biden who has done basically exactly the same as trump with documents and not a sausage of a prosecution by the DOJ and FBI - these agencies just sign off false Russian dossiers  against Trump, whilst stating Hunter's laptop was fake.

I have no issues with a prosecution against Trump, but heavens, even it out or look exactly what you are, the new Democrat states of America.

I full expect if Biden gets in again, that there their will be referendums by states to leave the USA

Having just stated that you have issues with the prosecution of Trump you then go on to deny it? Biden is overseeing nothing. There is not a shred of evidence that Biden directed anything and he certainly didn't commit the crimes. Under what circumstances would you accept a prosecution of Trump without complaining about it?

If Biden gets in again, a referendum to leave will be dictated by the simple fact that Republicans can no longer win a democratic and fair election. Biden should be quite beatable. He is not charismatic but none of the nut jobs at the top of the GOP ticket are going to cut it with independents.
