Thais act nice, but when it comes down to it, they mostly aren't.

 

Farang are a bit rough around the edges but genuinely good people.

 

Thais are smiley but neutral. They'll give nothing. 

 

The absence of bad does not necessarily mean that good exists. There's also the neutral position. Nothing.

 

The typical Thai has mastered this.

 

I have, however, encountered a group of Thais raised right who are not like this. But it's hard to find.

 

Farang are more giving in general and will go out their way to do selfless acts.

What do you mean by they will give nothing?

I hate jetskis around the beaches, and hail those beaches who forbid them. Kayaking in Krabi is fantastic especially during covid with almost zero traffic from any kind of boat or long tails.

Well, we can think of it on a scale from bad to good, like this:

Most Thais are neutral 0.

 

Smiley and neutral, minding their own business. A little self-centred

 

They may not commit bad acts, but they are not keen on good acts either.

 

They are just neutral, which is fine, but many farang act like they are they are the nicest people in the world.

 

But it's just smiles. There's little substance.

Certainly Thailand has its faults. On balance, I would say the good outweighs the bad by a good margin.

There are plenty in Western societies also and if the person is a public figure, they will try to hide it. All those sugar baby sites and expensive escorts in the Western societies are not only for Arab men but also for the local if they could afford them.

When I created this thread, I did not realize it would attract puritanical stuffed shirts.

Sadly the western world is full of puritanical wokesters now. I wouldn't care, except they keep trying to make the world conform to their views, with which I disagree.

Agree 100% on jetskis and wish they were banned.

It’s obviously not ‘completely normal’ if it’s ‘unavailable’ to you in your home country ☺️

Of course you can make up as many excuses as you like as to why you cannot have sex in your home country. But any ‘normal’ person can probably take an accurate guess as to the why.

It depends.


For manners and  mentality, probably Japanese.

 

For looks, SE Asian is fine, but perhaps Latino or black would be preferable.

 

For a proper relationship I'd probably say white - preferably anglo background - irrespective of whether she's from Australia, Europe, Canada, America, South Africa or whatever.

 

But it's highly subjective, of course
