Do you know that she was not having a health incident or perhaps had been spiked? Presuming she was in some venue prior, I would expect security to do a better job of helping her get medical assistance. Not like she was some belligerent drunk.

Sounds sus to me 8am do 'security' work at that time?

Not enough info to form an opinion.   Devil's advocate, and her being unconscious may have been of her own doing, on a regular basis, in which case ...

... oh well.

Would the opinions be any different if it was some male alky always drinking himself to unconsciousness and dumped curbside out of a venue

I can understand that the 2 man dumped her instead of calling an ambulance and have to foot the hospital bill for that woman.

Garbage, they would not have to pay her hospital bill.

shouldnt they be charged for sth for witnessing a woman in convulsions and not calling an ambulance?

You think that's an offence?!

I stand corrected, apparently, it is!  Thanks Khun LA.

I doubt that it would, or could, ever be enforced, though.

30 baht is only for the basic healthcare.

If you need surgery or some serious healthcare you better have some $$$$

Still cheap as chips, though depending on location, Qs may be problem.   Wife had surgery recently and only extra was for the private room.   Rest was ridiculously inexpensive.

And the food was better than I had at BKK Hosp @ Udon Thani ????????????

And the woman restaurant owner? Initially, they tried to bring her into Sashikan’s workplace, a fast-food restaurant located on Walking Street, but she resisted due to the restaurant’s protocols.

What wonderful people they are.

Disagree here.

For many years now it is much safer to not get involved.

Sad but true.

Maybe I would have done the same when the heat is on?????????

Says a lot about the culture, doesn't it, when people are afraid to help.
