In the early hours of this morning, a gang of twenty Thai transwomen unleashed a physical assault on three foreigners along Beach Road in Pattaya, raising concerns due to their previous involvement in violent acts in the area.

The Pattaya Tourist Police swiftly responded to a distress call and arrived at the scene to aid the victims, comprising two Saudi Arabian men and one Palestinian man. Visibly shaken, the foreigners were taken to the police station for questioning.

Yes muslims of course, homo and trans are all victims in their homecountries and in their "hangthemhigh"-mentality they think they can do the very same here of course...... Kick these arabs out........

*(Does anyone know the collective pronoun for ladyboys?)

Well for cats it's a cloud or a glaring, the latter would fit well. It must have been funny but you had to be there (at a safe distance, out of high heeled shoe range)

Come on, we all know the Thai ladubous are to blame here. The foreigners didn't like the ladyboys and they lost face and started to fight. Not that uncommon here in Thailand with Thai starting a fight only because a foreigner said something with words. This is because of the low self-esteem that many Thais have.

Same old Thai mentality pick a fight with 1 or 2 falangs the pack joins in for a free for all. When is the RTP going to set examples of this behaviour. Allowing them to attack tourists, soon there will be a fatality due to there contempt for assaults on Tourists, start believing what there being told instead of taking the side of pack Animals. What do you think this message sends out to Arrivals.

Do they really need to specify Thai? Are there feral gangs of foreign transwomen lurking in the Pattaya shadows that we haven't heard about yet, lol?

They were not arrested for soliciting, which would be illegal, they were fighting...their occupation alone is not an offence.

Leave them alone, they have to make a living too although compared to the gendering, politically correct and Letter-Coded whatnot in the west Thailand is surprisingly and pleasantly tolerant towards sexually different than the norm. You don't like it, walk away, nobody forces you. Or are you from the Bible Belt? Then of course I understand you believe it to be infectious by simple existence. In Europe this is called latent homosexuality, something that is traditionally especially widespread and illegal therefore in the middle east.

IT was a gang attack by upto 20 men or did you not read that part.

They get arrested for soliciting, pay a fine then back on the beach rd stop trying to defend them.

The Pattaya Tourist Police swiftly responded to a distress call and arrived at the scene to aid the victims, comprising two Saudi Arabian men and one Palestinian man. Visibly shaken, the foreigners were taken to the police station for questioning.

Meanwhile, the transwomen responsible for the assault awaited the arrival of the officers and the victims at the police station. During this time, they blamed the foreigners for the attack and continued shouting. The group claimed that two of the transwomen sustained injuries – a 23 year old with a wound on her mouth and a 20 year old with scratches on her arms, hands, and face.

In an interview with Channel 7, one of the transwomen disclosed that they were working as prostitutes and were seeking clients on the beach. A foreign man from the group approached her and agreed on a price.

In my 17 years of living in the Pattaya area I've never seen any major violence here, much less been involved in it. In the last town where I lived in the UK on a weekend, it was like walking through Beirut during the troubles. Violence of some description guaranteed, you could smell it in the air. During my early years here I spent a lot of time in the city centre, most times until the early hours, but always felt perfectly safe. However, in a place with a high number of different nationalities, you're bound to get the odd incident.
When something does kick off, it always gets a big splash in the media providing fuel for the Pattaya-haters to wade in with their twopenneth.
