This is a review I found online. I think I am allowed to mention it since my name appears in the list. I won't put the link. But I hope this post doesn't get deleted. I seriously did not know that some people hated me so much as no one has ever really told me personally. But then people leave reviews like this on review websites. 

I didn't realize I was contributing to dropping the standards of the forum. Guess I should quit the forum. 

 

Agree with other reviews that the standard of aseannow has dropped in recent times. The forums are seriously marred by toxic opinionated posters such as ozimoron, Lacessit, transam and big headed offensive types such as Liverpool Lou, save the frogs, proton or twits such as bignok.

You know nothing about Thai music then! Her sometimes instant replies and in Thai, intricate knowledge of the music scene was proof she was Thai. This whinging about English ability always makes me laugh, from people who cannot write their own name in Thai they are suddenly experts on English/Thai abilities. The suggestion it was a foreigner asking his Thai gf all the time is quite ridiculous. Common theme among forums is not believing a female Thai poster and criticising their posted Englsih as 'proof' they were fake. 20+ years ago this happened to a Thai woman posting on Nanaplaza forum, until one Friday she turned up at the Woodstock bar meeting. Guess what all the nay sayers were suddenly all over her- i never really doubted you etc, very amusing. She was a lawyer, they did not believe that either! I showed the Mrs some of Yinns posts, she has degrees in language and eduction, her opinion was certainly a Thai.

Why quit? Cowards like on that review site are just spineless. And to think they are whining about a free website and people they never met. They must have small man syndrome or a small penis to be like that. Just weasels. 3cm Charlies
