Psychological harm is just as bad as physical harm... the attacker didn't need to cause any physical damage for 'harm' to exist... She was petrified, this could take her time to get over.... Imagine her fear next time she gets in a lift and another male enters... There is no 'extreme self righteous judgement' there is just 'simple judgement'... Its not faux at all. Its surprising that people such as yourself remain so ignorant to the realities of such issues - make no mistake, this was a sexual attack, it frightened the young girl. IF this was your daughter - would to tell her to 'get over it - theres no physical harm' ???? (and don't answer that you don't have a daughter - that much is obvious due to your ignorance - but the point still remains). -

Erm...from my reading, he says he earned the money elsewhere outside of the EU. But that's beside the point, health systems are financed by current users, not historic contributions. He isn't even a Spanish citizen presently. -

Of course there's a calculation to see if tax is due or not -- just subtract TEDA from your assessable income. Duh. Do this on the back of an envelope. If no taxes due -- decide if you should file, if assessable income exceeds 60k baht. Since if you don't file, and there's no way they'll know that you should have -- or, if magically they somehow know, and the fine is 2000 baht (never experienced) -- big f***** deal. And, forget the big scare someone interjected here awhile back, about 10 years of back audits -- because if there's no tax evasion in current year under question, do you think they'll waste resources for 10 years' of audits? Duh. No, for goodness sakes, if you think somehow your remitted assessable income exceeds TEDA -- and thus you owe taxes and should file a return -- of course, do it. If you're mathematically challenged, hire an accounting firm. But if you do know your math, and you do know you don't owe any taxes -- opt to do nothing -- instead of filing and getting a TIN, and now becoming part of the TRD's data base. And knowing there's little chance of any repercussions. Sounds like an easy choice, if you're good at analyzing odds. -

Certainly more appropriate than burning him alive. My point was that yes, he frightened her and touched her inappropriately but he didn't physically harm her and she was able to leave the lift to seek help. There is always a lot of extreme self righteous judgement in such cases, faux shock horror which ought to be contested, not that it matters what we write at all. -

You don't understand how EU system works. He's getting back money/benefits he PAID IN when he was working there. Non who floats in with inner tube gets anything as soon as he/she leaved the country. -

Gaetz withdraws from AG
I will be interested to see if he tries to get his seat back. If he doesn't go back to congress it ois probably what I was saying all along. That, he knew he couldn't be confirmed and this was a way to resign with no admission of any wrongdoing from the house. Trump gets his real AG pick, GOP gets somebody new in the house. Gaetz gets away with investigation quashed and relatively unscathed. Fetterman said he knew this was a simple troll pick. I think that's the reason why. Gaetz always had a smile and said it was going fine hours before withdrawing. Like a man in on the joke he wasn't bothered. The way he withdrew with no grumbling or fuss of any kind should tell you that he knew he was never a serious choice.
