Another iconic building in Bangkok down the toilet. Could they have not simply refurbish it?

If Elephant building wasn't mostly condos I am sure that would have been next.

It hasn't gone, it is still there being refurbished and it wasn't "iconic".

I would like to try a beautiful delicious seafood buffet I don't know where to go in Pattaya for this ,hence I'm seeking analysis on this project I'm not particularly concerned about price , but as I don't like crowds or people sitting near me , I don't like too many people where it's obnoxiously overcrowded where people are pushing shoving fighting for the food I find people seem attracted to me like honey to a pot , I could be in a restaurant say Sizzlers and there is hundreds of tables
