Homemade by my wife, even the bread

Price unlimited

Sometimes I eat homemade, sometimes from the market, or from the street, or restaurants.

All can be good and sometimes it makes sense to buy it from vendors who don't do anything else.

After eating the above yesterday, I felt like a "buckled wheel" for a couple of hours, so today I left out the toast and big tin of Branston beans.

I went to Cheap Charlie's this morning in the Jomtien area hardly cheap but beautiful breakfast ,

Tried another one last week , Kiwi wombat lounge no butter,  for my toast so I took the jam sachet with me to make up for it,will use it later myself .

Strawberries, blackberries, dried cranberries and all bran with soy milk, followed by 2 slices of toast and Branston's onion chutney.
