Opinion Biden’s plot to send America back into lockdown must be stopped

Just this week, an Atlanta college announced that they will reinstate mask mandates for students and faculty at their university. The Lionsgate film studio in Los Angeles has told their crews to wear masks again. The Biden administration is buying Covid equipment and hiring pandemic “safety protocol” officers. And the federal government is also sending $1.4 billion to defense contractors and pharmaceutical companies for more Covid “countermeasures” and vaccines. Does the lunacy ever stop?

The Covid fanatics’ nonsense never seems to end. In 20 years, we will still probably be prepping for our next lockdown and queuing for our 100th booster shot. And why would it end? Biden’s Project NextGen proves that no lessons have been learned from the last set of pandemic restrictions. Even the British government – certainly not one you could accuse of failure to lock down and vaccinate – is doing none of this.

We the people are sick of it, and are starting to resist. Only 17% of Americans got their Covid booster shot according to CDC data. Americans constantly read alarmist stories about new variants and potential future lockdowns, and have started saying “hell no” to the tyranny.

But it is easy to say things online, and much more difficult to muster the strength to refuse to comply in the face of shame, vitriol, and the admonishment of those around you.

 

I know just how hard it can be. I lived in Los Angeles for the bulk of the Covid pandemic, one of the cities where the draconian hammer stroke of the law fell the hardest. Everyday was a test of my patience. Every grocery store employee told me to wear a mask. Every bartender told me I couldn’t enter without a vaccine card. Every person walking down the street kept their six feet distance and wouldn’t look at you. It was truly a miserable place to live, for not just people like me who stood up to the mandates and tyranny, but for the people who complied as well. And now Biden wants to bring all this back again?

Well I am going to get into the covid business and ask you why so many more died of covid in red states?

Just in time to send millions of ballots to dead people so they don't have to expose themselves to to Covid in order to vote blue.

 

They're going to have to hold a gun to my head if they want me to get another jab.  2-1/2 years later, I still haven't recovered feeling on the left side of my face, my balance or my energy that I lost a couple of days after my 2nd Pfizer.  When I first presented, the doctors said they didn't know what caused it, but it definitely wasn't the jab.  2 years later, they finally admitted it's a commonly reported side effect.

Why so many more died with covid in red states? Maybe political party affiliation is a proxy for other risk factors such as income, health insurance status and chronic / comorbidities  medical conditions, along with race and ethnicity. I'm surprised alot of those people from red or blue states were still walking around.

I don't need luck Jim, healthy, BMI=21 . Haven't had any flu vaccines either. There is no doubt that I have been exposed to this virus many times like at these very crowded seafood markets. I even went to Pattaya International Hospital and had an antibody test for SARS-CoV-2. Negative. You can research 'exposure without infection'  And of course that is also without vaccine

We don't give a rat's whether you get covid or not because you are inviting it. Luckily you seem young and healthy. What rational people object to is people like you subjecting vulnerable people to covid by refusing to make miniscule sacrifices to prevent the spread.

Except that the discrepancy in mortality rates only appeared after the vaccine was introduced.

Well gee wizz I worked out of national city for 26 years at least that was our base of operations sooo naaaa i suggest you hang out in a better part of town I do not live in a gated community but I do delight in the diversity of my neighbors all middle class nice houses very few rental properties most owner occupied im back in this one for 2 years till I sell it and move back to one of my Arizona properties (I prefer some acreage) so nope lots of money in California most folks take real good care of their property it’s valuable this place is humming but heck what would you expect with the 5th largest economy on the planet and it’s only a state sorry but I’m just not buying the doom and gloom

I have always said the vaccines save lives in those with comorbidities like obesity, diabetis, hypertension, liver, kidney disease, cigarette smokers.But a healthy person should not risk the side effects of this stuff. And to those who say get vaccinated for the benafit of the general population: 1) the vaccines do not prevent transmission 2) It is  these self imposed unhealthy lifestyles that is more responsible for transmission between these sickly people
