Aircon cleaning and repair
They told me its bcs a lot of there aircons are getting broke and they always have to fix them and it cost them a lot. But we agree on that i only have to pay 30%. One technician told me they would put a new aircon for the inside unit instead of the 5500 baht. I have seen new aircons for 6000 for the inside unit on facebook market. I don't know why my landlord dont change them since they have to maintain them all the time, they are very old. I did not ask about the warranty but i will. Yeah i will get it fixed. -

Report Thailand to Halve Workplace Fatalities with New “Safety Thailand” Vision
"..... Thailand's Labour Minister Phiphat Ratchakitprakarn has launched the "Safety Thailand" vision, aiming to halve workplace fatalities within five years...." That must be his idea of a joke whilst protecting those who 'contribute to the fund. Halve the workplace fatalities within 5 years. Should be 'reduce the workplace fatalities by 99% within six months'. The 'reduce fatalities by half within 5 years' shows that there is totally zero respect or concern for Thai (and other nationalities) workers. This leaves my just speechless.
