A Thai woman plunged to her death at a 32-story condominium complex in the Naklua sub-distict of Pattaya on Tuesday night, October 3rd.

 

Pol. Lt. Col. Chanan Kaserabua, the deputy investigator of the Pattaya Police Station, received a report of a person falling from a condominium complex on Naklua Road in Banglamung district, Chonburi province at 7 PM yesterday, and rushed to the scene with rescue workers and a paramedic team from Banglamung Hospital.

 

Upon arrival at the 32-story building whose name was withheld by law enforcement pending a further investigation, the authorities found the body of a Thai woman on the fifth-floor parking garage area. The woman, whose name has been withheld by police, was 32-years-old and was pronounced dead at the scene due to grievous injuries.

An offensive troll post contravening our Community Standards has been removed.

It was at Lupiniville Naklua-Wongamat, Block C, directly opposite my block. She self-harmed, jumped from her balcony and landed in the top floor of the multi-storey car park.

I am told that the poor lady suffered with depression and lived alone. 

It is such a shame that she could not get help, be it with The Samaritans, a family member or a local temple. 

This condo complex is very large and there are always plenty of people around, yet someone can feel so hopeless and alone to take this course of action. Her passing makes 3 such suicides at this complex in the 7 years I have lived here.

RIP.

As for a further investigation, the place where she was found was scrubbed and hosed down after the police removed her body.

The article says she may have done it due to dissatisfaction with her job.  Very Very sad.
