OK, Palestinians in Israel have equal rights and there is no discrimination, believe that if you will.  Deep down, I suppose you don't believe this to be true. Show some integrity and admit there is an equal system, that has spawned a terrorist group.

Palestinians in the West Bank do not have equal rights. Nor do Uiygurs in China.

But neither situation is relevant to Gaza, an area not controlled by Israel on October 7.

The Hamas terrorists who conducted the massacres have nothing to do with the West Bank situation.

Your first mistake is quoting the Hamas health ministry.

Then talking about "alleged" tunnels, while even Hamas admits they have tunnels.

It is unfortunate that there are civilian casualties, but Hamas *knew* that Israel would strike back, and yet Hamas conducted the October 7 massacre without first providing shelters for Gazans. The massive casualties in Gaza are on Hamas.

Really, thanks for the information, I'll treasure that while weeping for humanity.

Cool. They should help the world then by providing intelligence to the IDF and even maybe bumping off a random terrorist. Kitchen knives work well.

And? Israel is at war with Hamas not Palestinians

Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich sent a letter to the Prime Minister earlier this week, demanding Palestinian farmers be barred from accessing their fields and olive groves.

Yes, second time, what's that got to do with the war

Yeah, but the West Bank is ruled by the PA. Whenever Israel (or rather it's government, right wing parties, illegal settlers) do something like that, it just further undermines the PA, and bolsters support for Hamas. Plus, it's wrong.

Another thing it does is chip away at support offered by the USA and other Western countries.

Maybe not the best time for this, eh?

Allow me not to trust your memory. There are various polls, taken by different bodies, at different times and different wordings.

Against Hamas doesn't mean pro Israel.

Had a lovely holiday, nice to get away for a break.

How's the World's 18th largest Military force doing against a few thousand Hamas terrorists, are they not all dead yet?

I see the scores on the doors have been revised down to around 1200 not 1400 for the 7th Oct, from the BBC, according to Foreign Ministry spokesman Lior Haiat, many people killed were not immediately identified after the attack, and "now we think those belong to terrorists... not Israeli casualties".

More than 11,000 people have been killed in Gaza since, according to the Hamas-run health ministry, including more than 4,500 children, but then if the numbers are from Hamas-run heath ministry we don't have to believe those numbers do we?

Looking forward to more death and destruction for Gaza as the World's 18th largest Military force attack the alleged Hamas tunnels around all the hospitals full of injured and sick Palestinians.

Them Hamas terrorists won't dare do anymore attacks or atrocities against innocent Israeli's when they've finished will they?

Some 300 to 400 victims were IDF or Israeli police personnel.

There's also Israeli friendly fire from IDF/IAF to Israeli civilians with Merkava tanks and Apache helicopters.

Palestinians are conditioned from birth to hate Israelis and anybody can get a poll to suit their needs, take polls with a pinch of salt.

Tell us about the loss of humanity on October 7.

What should Israel do to protect itself against future such attacks?

Did you hear, or has it been reported or did a friendly rabbit tell you. Where does this information originate?

"Hamas terrorists, armed w/ RPG launchers, wear civilian clothes when they are shooting at our forces.

After the IDF kills them, Hamas's "Ministry of Health" announces that they were actually innocent civilians.

Keep that in mind when you hear reports about casualties in Gaza."

Technically, illegal combatants under International Law and subject to summary execution.

Surrender or die, scumbags.

Well in his mind, and the minds of his ilk, the State of Israel should be dissolved and all Jews marched into gas chambers. That stops future attacks.

You can add the imposition of Sharia law throughtout the world.

I saw (in one commentary, opinion column or something like that) a suggestion that the IDF will set up a field hospital in the area of the Gaza Strip it controls, and patients from al-Shifa be transferred there during them humanitarian pauses (or whatever they are called). This would allow both for the safety of patients and medical stuff, score points in the PR front, and would make it possible for the campaign to go much faster. If Hamas attacks this field hospital it would get the same (or more) negative reactions Israel does right now.

I think it's not a bad idea, but not sure at all if it's possible security wise.

One assumes an IDF facility would be OK for non critical injuries, but not those in intensive care, life support etc

One would probably be wrong. Israel got extensive experience with this in many international situations. But even if that's so, it wouldn't be an issue (other than, perhaps, political) transferring babies or patient in critical conditions to Israeli hospitals. There's a;ready a contingent of Gazans receiving medical treatment in Israel that got 'stuck' there after 7/10. Article linked much earlier in topic.
