Report Foreign Earnings Taxed Under New Thai Rules - But With Exceptions
Yes , it can. What does not change is Governments desperation to raise even more revenues. Not forgetting https://www.oecd.org/en/about/news/press-releases/2024/10/oecd-kicks-off-accession-process-with-thailand.html When that formal accession process is halted, by Thailand, then I think things will return to normal regarding taxation, until then, you know what these organisations are like. The EU is a good recent example. -

If there is no life after death...
I would look for the answer you seek by the indications found in nature. Flowers are a beautiful part of nature. My flower plant blooms periodically throughout the year. The flowers emerge from buds, grow, mature, and wither and fall off. There seems to be a breath of life during this process and then the breath of life of the flower ceases. Even though the flower is still on the plant that is still alive. Then a few weeks later the cycle repeats. Using this logic, there is a source that is alive, the plant, and it gives energy to the flower for a limited duration, then stops. Then refocuses the energy to the next cycle. I think humans are similar. -

Very simplified and certainly not the view of many Christians and many Muslims. -

The Governments Lied about the Origin of the Covid Pandemic
Well, one current government (the U.S.'s Trump Administration) certainly has been lying about the origins of COVID, in terms of making definitive claims of lab leak origins that aren't supported by actual facts: Trump Administration Incorrectly Claims Certainty About Origin of Coronavirus May 23, 2025 "Since regaining power, the Trump administration has repeatedly claimed with false certainty that the COVID-19 pandemic originated in a lab. In late January, White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt said that a lab leak is “the confirmable truth.” In mid-April, covid.gov and covidtests.gov, websites the government previously used to educate the public about the disease and allow people to place orders for free tests, redirected to a new, splashy White House webpage that declared a lab leak the “true origins” of COVID-19. ... Joel Wertheim, a professor of medicine at the University of California San Diego who has published research on how the pandemic began, told us the website is “untrue.” As we’ve explained before, the origin of the coronavirus, SARS-CoV-2, is unknown. Multiple lines of scientific evidence, however, point to a natural origin, with the virus spilling over into humans from animals through the illegal wildlife trade in China. That is similar to what has happened in the past, including in the early 2000s with SARS, when a similar coronavirus caused a respiratory disease outbreak that began in China. The alarming mental decline of Donald J. Trump -- watch this space
Brits have to enoin the Amerikkkan shi+libs on this forum bc so many Americans are quite ok with what's going down. There's not enough to keep the chaos and clickbait going. There are more British moaners than there are American. And of course their opinions mean absolutely nothing in the scope of American politics and even less on a forum outside of both countries. Suck on that awhile. -
