A 49 year old man has been arrested for sexually assaulting a 12 year old girl, resulting in her pregnancy. The suspect was apprehended at a friend’s house in the Phanat Nikhom District of Chon Buri Province after he had been in hiding since the incident occurred.

Boonlue is believed to have committed the assault twice at the girl’s home and threatened her life if she told anyone about it. The girl, who is now seven months pregnant, kept the secret until her grandmother discovered the pregnancy and reported it to the police.

The girl’s uncle, 56 years old La (surname withheld), recounted the horrifying incident. He said Boonlue took advantage of the fact that the girl was alone at home while he was selling goods at the market. La expressed relief at the capture of the perpetrator, as he and the victim no longer live in fear, reported KhaoSod.

The victim, who has been living in fear since the first assault in February and the subsequent one in August, is now feeling relieved after the arrest of Boonlue. She had been afraid to share her ordeal due to the threats made against her life.

These events happen in all cultures, but what stands out to me is that death is seen as a viable threat.

There's a ***** that deserves a bullet in the back of the head while standing above a ditch.

I agree. 2 bullets to be sure. Then into ditch.

A daily soapy experience in jail for the next ten years should sort him out.

if that was your child ........

that's a waste of two good bullets ......

cover all the bases ..  Justice, deterrence, and avengence

a couple of lengths of old rusted piano wire tied nicely aound the 3 pce set

hoist the subject upside down in the center of town  with a sign .. New national policy

leave the subject dangling for 30 days

The thing is, I doubt that the threat of punishment stops any crime. Otherwise there would be no crime. My solution in this case would be to break his knees so he spends the rest of his life as a cripple. You know, to remind him of what he did.

I agree with your sentiment. Simple execution is humane and he does not deserve that. I have said in previous posts remove his penis leave his testicles , so he retains muscle mass, and make him do permanent community service whilst also holding down a job and pay for the support of the girl and child for the rest of his life

Maybe focus on supporting the pregnant child and helping her get through this mess. The family member who left her alone with the freak must feel like garbage.

Usually it’s the people carrying out of the law that…
