I hate burgers like that which are so tall you cannot bite into it. Thinner and wider are much better, for me anyway.

What is excess? Grass fed beef is very good for you.

Not all, lucky if I eat 500gr a day, or even 300gr.  Eat more chicken & fish (salmon) than beef or pork.
