Kamnan Nok death penalty case leads to a national crackdown on all illegal activity and corruption

This smells more like a cover-up than an investigation or a crack-down.

What happened to Chada Thaiset's color-coded list?

And why is the Ministry of the Interior involved in a corruption investigation?

I think  his defense will be it was all just a misunderstanding, talking about corruption whatever happened to the cop who killed the guy with the plastic bags and had all the cars I haven’t heard anything about that TIT

Corruption is at every level and in every office in Thailand.

It's perpetuated by those in positions of power who think that their position allows them to reap the rewards of rank or position.

Every governor will have fingers in many pies, all giving kick-backs for favourable contracts.

Every "Head-man" will also benefit from local contracts as did this evil man who thought he had become untouchable.

Eradicate corruption in Thailand... never in a million years, it's foundations are built on corruption, take that away the country would collapse.

very astute post

Corruption is greed at its worst.

Its why politicians never agree to term limits, they are all greedy, its why they wanted the job in the first place.

Yeah, right. No one is going to slaughter the goose that lays the golden eggs. Ain’t never going to happen.
