Driving License Renewal

Featured Replies

My Thai driving license expires in a few weeks. I went ahaed ad did the test for renewal online. Now I wanted to book the appointment on the App, and the next open slots are only available in February... here in Bangkok

Question:

- Is it still possible to go as a walk-in, and just wait a bit longer?

- What do I need to bring, besides expiering license, medical certificate, QRCode from the test, passport& copies...

I am sure this has been discussed in lenghts previously, but could not find the forum, or topic.

Thanks

In Bangkok you will also require a certificate of residence.

You can renew your TDL after it's expired.

I did a report in Motor forum will see if I can find it.

Did mine in March at Chatuchak.

Here is a thread that details

Certificate of Residence
