snoop1130 Posted November 6, 2023 Posted November 6, 2023 A Thai woman has taken to social media to confess that she is HIV-positive and engaged in a number of one-night stands with men she met in entertainment venues over the past seven months. The woman told the public that she felt guilty for what she had done and wanted every man who had sex with her during that time to know the truth and get a health check. “I debated myself whether or not to speak out and decided to speak out. I am now in my second year of university and started partying in April this year as a coping mechanism for a broken heart. I engaged in one-night stands each time I went out, and what haunts me is the fact that I’ve been living with HIV since birth. “I feel sorry for the men who had sex with me. Please forgive me. I want to escape somewhere far away. I want to become a monk. I wish to withdraw from the world.” The woman explained that these men would have wives and children in the future and she did not want to pass HIV on to them. She said she was always on medication but drank a lot of alcohol, which made her symptoms worse. She could no longer drink alcohol because of her condition. She promised never to do it again and to concentrate on her studies. gargamon Posted November 6, 2023 Posted November 6, 2023 Lucky for the men involved that, since there needs to be a transfer of body fluids from the infected, it is somewhat difficult to catch by the male in a heterosexual situation. 12 3 1 1

Would like t think so. Her viral load is key. People who are taking effective HIV treatment and have an undetectable viral load do not pass on HIV. Edited November 6, 2023 by Ralf001 2 4

Popular Post Kenny202 Posted November 6, 2023 Popular Post Posted November 6, 2023 I know personally a women with HIV was and probably still working in a bar / bars Pattaya. Cared not a jot. Would be many more too who know or don't know they are infected. Retro virals do reduce near to zero virus levels but even on retrovirals it can spike during sickness or stress. I lived with a village nurse for a while and for a small population they had an alarmingly high amount of people infected. Most of those know cases were only due to the mandatory 3 month HIV test in pregnancy. What is the most typical thing about this story in Thailand is the way the woman excuses herself. You would nearly feel sorry for her hienous careless selfish actions. She became a hooker as a coping mechanism for her broken heart 🤣🤣 How to polish a turd 101 8 1 1 1

spidermike007 Posted November 6, 2023 Posted November 6, 2023 I've been told by a virologist that even if her HIV load was very heavy and you used no protection, as long as you did not engage in anal sex there's a very, very low possibility of transmitting this disease through vaginal or oral sex. 1 1
