A birthday celebration turned tragic for a 34 year old Cambodian man when his jealous wife stabbed him in the chest after he glanced at another woman at a bar in Pattaya’s Bang Lamung District. The incident occurred in their rented room today, around 2.30am.

 

The police, led by Police Captain Itthikorn Saiyatok of Pattaya City Police Station, received a distress call about a stabbing incident in a nearby room. Along with Thanapong Pohti, the station’s superintendent, local police, and Sawang Boriboon Thammasathan Pattaya rescue workers, they rushed to the scene to investigate the crime.

 

They discovered Vin Da bleeding profusely from a stab wound to his chest, lying on the street outside his room. He had also sustained injuries to his left wrist. The victim was immediately rushed to the hospital. A 20-centimetre kitchen knife, believed to be the weapon used in the attack, was found at the scene and taken as evidence, reported KhaoSod.

 

Inside the room, signs of a struggle were evident with furniture scattered around and a birthday cake for Vin’s girlfriend, Joy, still placed on the bedside table.

I came to live in Pattaya for all of the things (except ladyboys) that the geezers here bellyache about. 

 

Not keen on ladyboys, but they've got a right to exist and ply their trade.  At home we only get stories about trannies beating women in sports. You never hear about them robbing and thrashing tourists who are out for a leisurely stroll at 4am.

Nope. But they do enjoy mass murder in the USA, mostly because they're "misunderstood".
