Sounds great. You get get especially good photo in the early morning after it has rained. Then you get the reflections from the street lights

I would be more interested in the "type" of people at that time  especially on a weekend morning near disco 's bars  that are closing etc 🥳

You probably get some happy drunks though wanting to be photographed 😂

Take your phone or camera, stand back from whatever area interests you and take a photo of whatever takes your fancy. Later you can do some post editing to get colour, contrast etc sorted out.

Have you ever watched Amagansett press on  YouTube?

 

Look at his last video last week where he takes a photo of the Sock  shop only get to into a fight with not only the owner but passersby 

 

Of course he does it on  purpose to get a reaction

You need a zoom lens of say 85 - 150 and stand well back especially in the bar areas. Using your phone camera is better in such places
