However, her mother-in-law frequently complains about her refusal to iron her son’s clothes, despite the son never expressing any issue about this matter himself.

Tell mother in law to mind her own business.

Normally a husband would "set his mother right" if she bullies his wife :-)

You do know where we are right?

A Thai male setting mother right... Jeez

With both of them working, it would be worth it just to use a laundry service on the pieces of clothing that required ironing.  They could "rough it" with all other articles of clothing like underwear, T-shirts, socks, plus bedding.

Let's start at the beginning... How much was the simsod... Then we can conduct a rudimentary cost benefit analysis of the situation.

Though I don't see a situation where long term leasing beats short term rentals.

65,000 per month...you're confused with RV extension maybe!

My Thai wife irons my clothes but one would never know it by looking at them. I've gotten to be quite the good ironer over the years

My second wife used to refer to this sort of stuff as "unpaid labour in the home".  (Needless to say, a classic Western feminist.)

My third wife does an excellent job on my t-shirts.

Very misandry lead headline.  "Nagging Mother".

Why not, "loving mother helps daughter in law how to have a long and lasting marriage"?

It's all about framing and perspective.

lol

Ironing

One of the first things you are taught in the British Forces, I even do my own Shreddies.

Saved me getting a wife

My wife doesn't iron my clothes. Neither do I for that matter.

My wife insists on ironing my clothes even if I insist she doesn’t have to. I’m forbidden to wear unironed clothes.
