On January 9, the Pattaya Search and Rescue Radio Center received a report of an unresponsive individual in a parked car along the central Pattaya beach road in Bang Lamung, Chonburi.

Upon notification, local police and rescue teams rushed to the scene, discovering a locked red Nissan Juke with the registration number 2 ขฮ 6111 Bangkok. Inside was Mr. Umang, a 28-year-old Indian national, fast asleep, reported Daily News.

Despite attempts by his friends to wake him by calling and knocking on the car windows, Mr. Umang remained unresponsive for over half an hour. Law enforcement and rescue personnel then attempted to break the car windows and shake the vehicle, but their efforts were in vain.

Concerned, a fellow Indian friend in the group requested permission to use a hammer to shatter the window, successfully allowing them to reach and awaken Mr. Umang without harm.

Miss Nann (fictional name), recounting the events, shared that before the incident, they had been drinking with three Indian friends at a market. Mr. Umang, intoxicated, requested to rest in the car.

After more than half an hour passed, they became worried when all attempts to wake him failed, leading to the involvement of local authorities. For further details, you can follow the link: Link to the news article
