They all died in 2023 .... them and some others

Featured Replies

They all died in 2023 .....   and there were other's ....        sadly, all dead and gone :crying:....   as are the Bee Gees, Elvis, Kenny Rogers, Barry White & Pavarotti, David Bowie, Freddie Fender, Aretha Franklin and many more ....      you can never replace those voices

I'm having beers and listening to their music that was instrumental, legendary and a pleasure to hear ...

who could ever forget the Bee Gee's .......   absolutely wonderful entertainers.

another beer  '   .... and another song by another dead artist   !  :drunk:     very sad indeed

all my family and relatives are dead ... I'm here drinking and listening to 70's 80's artists and even some 60's ... They are all dead..just me. But I didn't bother to go see them in the last 20-30 years or whenever.

Does the drinking make you maudlin or being maudlin start you drinking. If the relatives were alive you'd probably see them once and then do the same again. Lots of living people to catch up with.

So many big names from bands 60's onwards still alive too.

You didn't bother to wait for them to day before enjoying their music?

That is encouraging.
