Popular Post webfact
Photo via MGR Online A Thai father in the southern province of Chumphon tied up and brutally attacked an alleged pedophile who reportedly sexually assaulted his 11 year old daughter. Police said they could not arrest the pervert until they got results from the victim’s medical examination. The physical assault against the 42 year old Thai man was reported to the Phutta Phratheep Lang Suan Rescue Team at about 4am on January 21. Rescuers rushed to the scene on Beach Road in the Lang Suan district and found the man with his arms and legs tied. He had two serious wounds to his head and left shin and suffered scratches all over his body. The man reported to the rescuers that three men attacked him while he was fishing. The men also damaged his pickup and stole his mobile phone before leaving. He insisted that he did not know them personally and had never had a conflict with them. MGR Online later reported that the attack was the result of a sexual assault on an 11 year old girl, the daughter of one of the attackers. The girl’s father later came forward to give an interview about the matter. He explained that his daughter’s teacher noticed that she looked stressed. The teacher asked what was the problem. The teacher then discovered the sexual assault and informed her father of the matter. The father then filed a complaint against the man at Pakmamlangsuan Police Station. by Petch Petpailin Photo via MGR Online Full story: The Thaiger 2024-01-27 - Cigna offers a range of visa-compliant plans that meet the minimum requirement of medical treatment, including COVID-19, up to THB 3m. I guess that´s ok for such a hard boiled man like you. 4 3 2

I would not be the loser dad, who allow it to happen, such as yourself seem to be. You would be happily take 15,000 baht in compensation and say sabai sabai. I'd rather help from a jail cel too, then to do nothing, and have the rapist of my child walk around free. Do you even think? It is leftish weak people, that caused the reality of our world to be the way it is today. That is exactly what needs change. It is leftish weak people, that caused the reality of our world to be the way it is today. That is exactly what needs change. This. This is exactly what should happen to these kinds of animals. Anti socials like this have no place on our earth, just like the narcissists we deal with everyday, and the only way the world will improve is the elimination of these types, so the rest of us, especially our women and children, are allowed to live safely without fear of being harmed by vermin that weren't taught by their parents that life is precious, and you don't prey on the weak and innocent. A justice system that puts people in prison for doing the job they should be doing also needs to be improved and radically changed, as lawyers and judges who are paid to let animals free also are in places they shouldn't be. Anyone does this to my child will be dealt with in a way that they wouldn't be able to hurt another ever again. I wouldn't expect any less from anyone who calls themselves parents. Waiting for a justice system to do what is needed to permanently stop individuals like this from further mayhem will be a long wait. 4

True, but how many times does money circumvent the law and how many who rape and molest daily here are incarcerated? 70% of girls in Thailand are victims of sexual assault yearly. Most never come to trial, mainly because of shame faced by the victim for standing up for herself and making sure the predators get put away. Letting these scum get away with assaults lets others know they will also have a good chance of never being arrested, let alone convicted. Thailand is a very unsafe place for girls and women to live, but a lot of what happens never gets punished. I know many women in my 6 years plus living here, and most of them haven been victims and those are the ones who have let on about the assaults. In a country where corruption ranks high, things don't go as they should, and will never until that corruption is brought down to a very low level. 2 1 3

Consider a situation whereby any relative or friend who hears about a sexual abusive incident perpetrated on a friend or a family member will go out to matt justice on the suspected abusers as they see fit, we are going to have a mayhem on our hands, we don't live in a jungle or the middle ages, and the laws of the land, with all it's shortcoming will in due course, will take care of the case... 1 1

I'm very active on daily worldwide news , and never make anything up. facts are the only thing one should go by. There are various posts online you can find, including one from that unnamed source. Over 31,000 cases last year, and that's just ones that are reported.....................https://www.nationthailand.com/thailand/general/40031638 Edited January 27 by fredwiggy 1 2

Also true, because justice, especially in other countries, is dealt out. Mayhem is what we have daily worldwide. A lot of what happens much of the world never hears about, especially the news here. Some people are given the death penalty being innocent, and many are set free who are guilty. Money, corruption and irresponsible officials are the cause for this. This is why many take the law into their own hands, like in Haiti recently with the vigilante justice on gangs there. Something has to change and most of us know what that is. 1 1

I would certainly trust the daughters account considering how her testimony was obtained, the fathers reaction was an understandable emotional reaction. The man should have been in detention until lab results were obtained, alone the collection of evidence must have been traumatic for the child. I sincerely hope that the father won't be prosecuted, he showed great restraint in not killing the perpetrator.

Confuscious
Dumb, Dumb, Dumb Now he faces a jail term and/or a fine for attacking the presumed Pedo. If he had killed him, preferable kicked life out of the pedo by a group of friends, he would be walking scott free.

Click the Thaiger link, and read it. The aunt was guilty as well. The child is only 11, and no matter her actions, they are of a child, who was obviously not being protected well until something happened. The aunt left her in a truck with the perp, which is something no one should ever do with a girl of any age. 2
