Chomper Higgot Posted March 13 Posted March 13 It’s amazing the effect being under oath has on people’s sudden clarity of what they want to say: ”When Republican members of the committee attempted to press Hur on whether he found Biden to be “senile”, he said, “I did not. That conclusion does not appear in my report.” https://amp.theguardian.com/us-news/2024/mar/12/key-takeaways-house-hearing-robert-hur-biden-report 1 1
bendejo Posted March 13 Posted March 13 (edited) It's being said out loud in the media: Hur is betting DT gets re-elected and as a good boy The Boss will give him a Big Position, like attorney general. Wait until it's his turn to eat of the distasteful orange-stained sandwich. Ok, by giving my judgement in that sentence I'm putting myself at Hur's level, so let me say here that I'm sure there are individuals that find DT's organic product quite the delicacy. Rep. Popular Post Walker88 Posted March 13 Popular Post Posted March 13 This story didn't age as well as Biden has. In the SC Hur Hearing yesterday, much was laid bare. From one of the transcripts, but which Hur left out in the report, is how Hur remarked that Biden had a "photographic mind". Also, despite claims on Fever Swamp Media about Biden forgetting when his son Bo died, that is false. Biden remembered it exactly, as a loving father would. It's right there in the transcript. No need to deflect to trump yet, and ask things like I wonder if donny know's Eric's birthday? LOL Another point: there is now insight into what documents Biden had. It seems he had his hand written notes of his time as VP, and the DoJ acknowledged that precedent was set by none other than Ronald Reagan, who also kept notes and took them when he left the WH. The DoJ had ruled back in the 1980s that Reagan was entitled to those, and therefore he committed no crime. Now, same same for Biden. Now trump can be brought up. Classified documents labeled TS. SCI, SAP, Codeword, SITK, HCS and RD are not personal notes in a diary, such as what Reagan and Biden had. Not even close. trump stole things to which he had no right. How will the Right Wing Fever Swamps spin this? 3 1 2 1

riclag Posted March 13 Posted March 13 Commonality with two tier DOJ from the past dem scandals. Ghost writer gets to scrub / slide his evidence upon learning Hur is designated to SC. No Charge. Anybody paying attention here can see when dems are involved in a coverup scandal. The Doj plays it down again to a “ No reasonable prosecutors” would try this case or no reasonable jury would find guilt. Kicker: Hur gives biden a get out of jail card but the dems weren’t happy with that ! They wanted total exoneration , but were denied! Biden was wrong in claiming that his personal notes were classified. Per DOJ policy, Presidential notes are property of the president and are not classified. 1
