Was interested too for an upcoming trip. Saw a thing about a guy called Paul Richmond in Soi Welcome and it seems good. Seems to be part of the Richmond Sports Bar Guesthouse at 102 Welcome Jomtiem road. 

It said 100 baht a day. Better deals for longer. 1000 baht deposit. Can't personally recommend though.

Cadence cycles Jomtien 2nd road by soi 8 has all levels of bikes, great cycling outide Pattaya, Morgan at Cadence can advise

I've used "Mai Pang" mtorcycle rental in the Jomien Complex for year and years.  Always very good & insurance if you want it.

They have been around a long time and I was using them in my early retired days here around 2005. Always recall that they advertised supplementary insurance and had a wall of positive testimonials posted.  

No bicycles though.....:tongue:
