US military service personnel arrived Friday night in Pattaya for a little rest and relaxation. I hope the bar ladies are friendly and accommodating providing unspeakable pleasures.

Was at a bar (long time ago) when a junior sailor was having an argument with another NCO sailor, and I first heard this: ' you talk the talk, but can you walk the walk?'

All the other sailors went Woooooo. 🙂

They have very strict orders to avoid certain areas and to not indulge in certain  activities.  Nowadays, the slighest slip up could be international news.

I remember the 80"s 90's navy would go out party hard ,had the navy police out & about patrolling too even Boyztown was full

Cobra Gold starts this Tuesday.

 

The salvage Op has been tacked onto that:

 

The Royal Thai Navy last month suspended bidding for the salvage mission after the Joint US Military Advisory Group Thailand (Jusmag Thai) offered to help investigate the sinking and salvaging of armaments on board............The Royal Thai Navy and the United States Navy will jointly carry out a limited recovery mission on the HTMS Sukhothai. This joint mission will be conducted under Cobra Gold 2024,” the US Embassy in Bangkok said in a statement."
