Changing argument now...

I have no doubt they are eager to make "something" up. 😀

In Colorado, a judge decided he was an insurectionist. Don't they need a court decision in Texas too?

No, I am not changing the argument.

Do you not think you could find a judge to decide Biden is an insurrectionist?

If a Colorado judge decided Trump was an insurrectionist, why do they not just prosecute him for it?

“Moot”  , Big  time.

 She won the

District of Columbia ,aka DC, aka

the Swamps vote .

She won the govt employee vote!

They arent part of Trumps plan in Making America Great Again.
Bloated Federals Govt cost the Taxpayers. Imop

But the GOP electorate in D.C. — where Republicans make up just 5 percent of registered voters — is hardly representative of the conservative base found in most other parts of the country.

No.

Trump is different.

The extent of his threat to the world is not hyperbole.

Why? Do you have anything that supports that? Is it just because he's fat and eats at McDonald's or because he wants the border closed, Israel safe, NATO to pay their share and energy independence for the United States?

IMO it's a situation where the SC has given Trump half the pie. The 14th amendment was always a problematic case anyway.

The other half of the pie will go to Jack Smith, when the SC tosses out Trump's claim of presidential immunity.

Of course, if the SC was to affirm immunity, Biden could order Trump to be assassinated. Or every right-wing judge on SCOTUS, for that matter.

If Biden had even half of a functioning brain, which is a stretch and /or if he cared about democracy he should come out immediately and make a statement in support of the 9-0 SCOTUS beatdown of  the desperate attempts at lawfare to prevent voters from exercising their constitutional rights to vote for the candidate of his choosing. But Biden isn't  smart and by all accounts could care less about voters and their rights as long as they vote for him as he persecutes his political rivals in fear of losing at the ballot box! There is no bigger threat to democracy than the mentally unfit Biden.

Why should any POTUS get involved in supporting, or not supporting, a SCOTUS decision?

Isn't the SCOTUS supposed to be independent?

No. It's a lame false equivalence.

Typically, when the SCOTUS rules against Biden because he tries to do something unconstitutional, he just tries to do it anyway.

That post does not answer the two very clear and non political questions I posted!

In support of and the furtherance of democracy....why would he? He's cries and moans about other SCOTUS decisions. Maybe you don't advocate for free and fair democracy much like Biden? Point is, Biden criticizes the court rulings frequently, ie; Roe v Wade, and others, wait and see if he opens his big stupid mouth about the recent 9-0 Colorado beatdown but I suspect he won't because he can't since his stench is all over the Colorado humiliation.

Like it or not, SCOTUS is the supreme arbiter of law in America. This is just one of the many cases filed concerning Trump, so it doesn't make sense to think this is the end of it.

I am NOT discussing who does or does not criticize SCOTUS!

I am asking;

Why should any POTUS get involved in supporting, or not supporting, a SCOTUS decision?

Isn't the SCOTUS supposed to be independent?

While your questions are clear, they were both political.

1. Q: Why should any POTUS get involved in supporting, or not supporting, a SCOTUS decision?

A: The President should not, that's why Biden's commenting on a Supreme Court case is so despicable.

2. Q: Isn't the SCOTUS supposed to be independent?

A: Absolutely, that's why when you see Chuck Schumer et al attacking the Court and the Justices publicly, they should be taken to task for their hideous behavior.

Why did you have to bring personalities into this?

It would have been easier to answer thus;

1. Q: Why should any POTUS get involved in supporting, or not supporting, a SCOTUS decision?

   A: The President should not.

2. Q: Isn't the SCOTUS supposed to be independent?

    A: Absolutely.

Ridiculous false equivalence. The 14th Amendment Section 3 only concerns insurrection. Texas could have done nothing.

(Of course, you know it already

and don't forget, it also DOES NOT concern Presidents, and maybe u r unaware who was POTUS, or who wasn't perhaps? At any rate, the 14th Sec 3 applies NOT to the president.

Trump is more American than KFC. Biden is the traitor. Open borders, giving billions overseas.

America is bourbon, burgers, blues, fried chicken, loud confident talkers and Trump.

Biden is Irish. About as useless as an ashtray on a motorbike.
