Surat Thani—On March 23rd, 2024, Surat Thani local media reported a large number of foreign tourists ferry traveling to Koh Phangan and Koh Samui to attend the Full Moon Party on March 24th on Haad Rin Beach.

Meanwhile, a flux of foreign tourists traveled to Koh Phangan and reserved hotel rooms and resorts in advance to participate in the Full Moon Party, according to Surat Thani reporters.

I've seen some annoying racist British expats (i mean immigrants) in Pattaya, but nothing is more annoying than the type of tourist who you see at these full moon places. 

Drugs, booze, STD disease, GHB related assaults...all set for a great time of these fine quality visitors.

and in other news the sun came up this morning.

Ha Rin beach is not too big and a couple of thousand drunks easily fill it up. Then the tide is always coming in at full moon and compresses them or drives them back off the beach. The men all stand in the water up to their knees to take a leak ,I don't know where the women go. I checked it out once, stayed about an hour that was enough for me.
