Featured Replies

Can I apply for a non O visa while visa free (first 30 days) or do I have to wait and pay for a 30 day extension before applying?

You need to apply for non O with 15+ days remaining on you permit.

Some offices longer eg CM 21 days +

Hence some folk apply for 30 day extension to visa exempt entry.

Do you have a Thai bank account in your name only.

Which immigration office.

Non O based on marriage or retirement?

Unless things have changed, you need to leave the country, in order to obtain the non-O.

You can EXTEND in-country, one time.

No.

You can apply for non O based on retirement and marriage from a visa exempt or tourist visa entry at your Thai immigration office.
