From what I hear, that is a market to get out of, being a landlord getting pretty tough in the UK these days, rules and requirements being stacked against you.
Apparently the worse the OA is, the lower the effectiveness. If you're ready for joint replacement, none of the gels/lubricants they inject will help much.
Traffic safety, and public safety has never been particularly high on the list of priorities for Thai officials. I seriously doubt anything's going to change, it's so easy these days to make a promise, or to make a proclamation or declaration, and then just completely forget about it within two weeks!
It takes a special kind of insincerity to do something like that .
Where I live (Buriram) there are local elections on Sunday, which normally means an alcohol sales ban from 6pm Saturday until 6pm Sunday. Also Visaka Bucca day on Sunday which normally means an alcohol sales ban from midnight Saturday till midnight Sunday. So no alcohol sales from 6pm Saturday till after midnight Sunday.
