Picking Up Thai Chick to Take to The Islands

Many, many highly esteemed posters here have pointed out that 3 days is the average length of time that a new pay for play partner stays agreeable.

As to negotiating payment pre-beach, many young women on the game also believe in re-negotiation. They believe in it a lot.

I must have missed all those highly esteemed posters then as never seen that in the 20 or so years been on here. It's BS IMO, and never applied to any girl I took to the beach for a couple of weeks. It does pay to get to know one's prospective beach partner for longer than one inebriated night though.

Re negotiating? You must associate with slappers then. None of the ones that stayed with me ever asked for more than the standard rate.

I did have a night with a massage girl once that asked for taxi fare in the morning, but that was unusual.

Perhaps the guys that get asked for more is because they are such revolting guys that she needs more just to be in the same room.

I only went with a Thai hooker once circa 1986. I did go with her for 3 days tho. Everything else I know, I know from reading here. From reading entertaining mongers like you.

I only went with one western woman in my young life and that was enough to put me off western women for life. After I discovered LOS I was making up for all the previous years of abstinence. Thank the deity for Thai BGs.

I don't know if I'm entertaining, but monging is a very entertaining hobby. I wouldn't have missed it for the world.

I did it when I was just visiting LOS, but I had at least 2 holidays a year there for about 20 years, and while I was as green as grass at the start it was a learning curve. Given there was no TVF or AN, I learned it all the hard way.

I don't know how urban myths like a "three day rule" start but if a guy doesn't know after one or max two nights if she is a keeper they should wonder if they have the right hobby.

The shortest I had one was about half an hour ( she didn't want to get undressed, LOL ), and the longest 8 years, but the ones that lasted a two week holiday were all treasures in their own way.

What a load of tripe. If the pay is set before departure what is there to fight about?

Only a numptie doesn't agree the amount prior to departure.

how low have you set the bar in your life??

seriously..

Please, stay miserable. I need the laughs. I mean that as a compliment, not a diss.

I don't think I ever said I was miserable. Not being happy is not the same as being miserable. If I was miserable all the time I might buy a ticket to Switzerland.

Terrible mood? not usually when I'm on here. I don't think I could tolerate it if I was angry. Perhaps you mistake sarcasm for misery.

LOL. What has that got to do with compensation for a temporary companion in LOS?

Perhaps you are confused, again.

What happened to never posting on here again?

'Love your writing. You're like monger Bukowski. Always a must-click when I see your name.

I no longer look in on TrumpTrash threads, but you fervently hoping that liberals you will never know somehow experience deep pain and misery has been a consistent day-brightener for me.

Please, never change. But you're not ever going to, right? Thanks.

Like, this would never occur to me for TrumpTrash. I wish them well, and hope they have decent medical insurance, since Trump would take chemo away from a cancer child.

You're just such an interesting person. You're super-educated, well-travelled and yet.....

After 3 days, if the customer/victim has not fallen in love with the lady (which means "throwing money at her"), the lady wants to find a better customer.

Being miserable is an interesting concept. I don't think I've been miserable since I ditched the b**ch. I do get melancholy a lot, which is not the same as being miserable. I was often miserable when working because of the bullies, but being retired almost eliminates them.

I get melancholy because of my Celtic genes, and even a song by Karen Carpenter can make me melancholy, not because it's a sad song, but I think it's so sad that such a talent was taken from us too soon.

I hope you don't ascribe my education to my school days. Worst teachers on the planet. I educated myself after I left school.

Well traveled, definitely. The taxpayer funded my early travels, with the military. Nursing gave me the opportunity to see places like Saudi and the UK. Nurses are in demand all over the world. I had the opportunity and I seized it with delight. Saw many countries on holiday, but then I discovered Thailand, never did get to Petra, or scuba dive in Aqaba. Thailand was the ultimate cheese for me, and I didn't need to look elsewhere. Pity it didn't work out, but that's what happens when us men put too much faith in a woman. Lesson leaned too late.

BTW, emotions are just a chemical reaction to stimuli in our brain. Some can train themselves to not let events control their emotions, but I never was that dedicated to put the effort in. So I'll just carry on as usual, blundering along without a plan and hoping that life doesn't kick me in the backside too much before the last event, and I exit via a chimney.

but you fervently hoping that liberals you will never know somehow experience deep pain and misery has been a consistent day-brightener for me.

Those same liberals are busily destroying the world I grew up in, replacing the best times western civilisation has ever known ( it may have been less than great for the rest of humanity, but one must look after one's own tribe first ) with some ghastly mish mash of loony fads ( how many genders can you count now? ), conspiracy theories ( seen Chicken Little about recently? ) and awful noise masquerading as music. By the time they finish, the barbarians will just walk in to take over ( see the end of the Roman Empire to know what's coming, and they are already arriving, usually on a leaky boat, sans education, skills or compatibility with the culture of their chosen utopia ).

Meanwhile, despite constantly banging on about our faux "democracy", busily attacking other countries and bringing death, destruction and despair all over the planet, usually based on propaganda and in some cases on outright lies ( WMDs anyone? ).

I don't see how anyone can be proud to be western, anymore.

Sooooo, if I wish some liberals experience deep pain and misery, IMO it's what they deserve. If it should come to pass that Trump is elected ( is there no one in the entire American political industry that can save us from having either of two grumpy old men  as leaders of the so called "free world", and if you mention Harris go wash your mouth out with soap ), and U Tube once again has VDOs of the weeping liberals, the happy chemicals in my brain will be running wild with joy.

Not sure if that is true ( if it is, :jap: ) or some thinly veiled sarcasm. I dealt with the education and the travel in the previous post, so about the yet.....

I've always been a square peg trying badly to fit in a round hole and failing. It used to worry me when I was young and cared about what other people thought of me. Living long enough has cured me of that affliction ( my ancestors, peasants that they were, never lived long enough to learn that lesson ).

While I had been working on the premise that human society is based on BS for some years,  it wasn't till I read one of the many books about it that I understood the actuality of BS in our society- we are riddled with it. So I now operate on the idea that everything is BS till proven otherwise, and that goes double, nay triple for politics.

The book is

Double Happiness: How B******t Works
by Joe Bennett

and worth a read.

Ahhh Joe Bennett the columnist.  Very clever and witty writer.  Always got a good laugh reading some of his articles.  And no politician is ever spared.

Down to earth guy whom I bet could tell a good story or two.

So, how does that work? You walk in the 7 11 or a restaurant and ask the first girl you see if she wants to go to the islands and she goes to get her bag to go with you?

It's not like the ones I saw in such places had time to chat.

Perhaps I missed all the girls just hanging around drinking coffee and waiting for some farang to come ask them to go to the beach.

That reminds me of when  I first arrived in Thailand. I was staying in Dynasty Inn and used to have breakfast at a German restaurant a short distance away. I was puzzled as to why so many girls used to be sitting around drinking coffee. It's not like the restaurant was anything special to want to hang out in.

I was soooooo naive back then.

Blimin heck,  small world.  The first time in Thailand I stayed in the Dynasty as well.  Just along from Nana Plaza.

It wasn't expensive but clean and tidy.  I think covid knocked the business a bit.  Don't see it advertised much nowadays.

Was good sitting out front watching the world (And pretty girls) passing by.

They once had 3 hotels in Bangkok and 2 in Pattaya of the same Dynasty chain.  If you stayed 3 nights in either location you could get a free minivan transfer.

I've never taken a lass to the islands... actually I've never been myself.  Sounds good tho.

Nah, love your thing. I'm the opposite. Liberals got me birth control and no draft. Thanks again, hippies!  I love worlds "being destroyed". Bring on the wrecking ball. I hope I live to see the first trans head of state.

Looked in on Joe B. A bit dated for my taste ("Dysneyfication"? Helloooo 1986). I was a government analyst. My job was to create BS -and appreciate and then also steal from masterpieces of it. Joe B couldn't get or do my job, so really, he should be reading me, not the other way around. I more liked the impenetrable NZ accent than his riffs. It's like if Trainspotting had been written in Auckland.

Did fulfill a lifetime dream of staying at The Nana Hotel the other day. Pretty funny, but I prefer the $29 a night Ambassador Hotel, where   5 to a room Indian male groups seem to be re-enacting the Hangover movies.

I also stayed at The Grace Hotel, a true Arab dump. I think by law, you must refer to it as The Notorious Grace Hotel. Still: Hummus for 60 baht. And: Freelance Bar for Dad, bowling alley for the Saudi kids. 'Not to chatty towards a whitie, tho. Must be a koran-thing.

And I popped into The Thermae based on a nostalgic post here. My slumming complete, I might yet now go to the grave without again hearing, "I go with youuu".

My first GF worked on Cowboy, so I stayed at Carlton Hotel almost next door to Cowboy, I think it's gone now.

When I found a new GF in Nana I moved to Dynasty Inn, 1 minute walk to Nana. Lovely back then. Could leave a big bag in the bag room when not in Thailand for free. Loads of regulars. Then the owner's son took over and it changed. No more free bag storage, and the prices went up a lot.

So, I moved to Honey Hotel near Asoke. Lovely Vietnam era hotel. That's gone now.

I did the free transfer to Dynasty in Pattaya a few times.

Didn't know of a third in Bkk, but the second was just along from the first and cost a lot more.

Taking a nice girl to the islands was my bliss, which is why I did it so many times- years and years, decades actually.

Out the back of Dynasty Inn used to be a place called Uncle Rays. Real cheap place but ideal for long stays next to Nana.

Dynasty took it over and renovated it.

When I started staying at Dynasty it was 800 baht a night. Under new ownership same room cost 1200.

Back in the day it wasn't an Arab hangout and the saying was "the Grace is the place" ( to pick up a girl ). Never stayed there myself- had a look in the door once. More than enough.

Yes Dynasty Inn,  The Darwin,  can't remember the name of the 3rd one (Dynasty Grande?) but it was more of a corporate/business orientated hotel.

Stayed at the Darwin once.  Very high end (Expensive).

Transferred to the Pattaya one but not the one in town.  It was a pain trying to get transportation there in the early hours after a night on the juice. It was up a hill passed the pier somewhere.  Probably changed ownership.

The one in Pattaya town (Soi 13?) was great.  Across the road to the White House for buffet breakfast.

I agree all prices have gone stupid.  Lowest prices are around 1400baht in Patts and 1800 in Bkk.

So long as one didn't get a room on the north side, which was just across from a very loud bar that didn't close till early hours. I speak from experience.

I only stayed there long enough for the free transport. I normally stayed in a Sawasdee hotel opposite Soi 10. 600 baht with breakfast.
