I don't believe the post I made was adressed to you. That being said, you respons just illustrates the point they made earlier, TDS people are ignorant and clearly you're not American because you use the term guilty regarding a civil case, don't know anything about the McDonald's case and ignore the Dobbs case.

 

Most importantly, you needed to put a qualifier into Trump's victory in 2016. A meaningless qualifier I may add. The popular vote doesn't count in america, but you knew that didn't you?
